Hi guys, welcome to our fundraising page! 💃🏻🕺🏻

💸 Over the next year or so we are hoping to scrounge lots of money from you all, on behalf of the amazing charity SSAFA! It’s the oldest Armed Forces charity in the UK - founded in 1885.

🇬🇧 This is a UK charity that provides lifelong support to serving men and women and veterans from the British Armed Forces and their families or dependents.

We’ll be attempting lots of things, big and small which will hopefully grab your attention..

🏎 The largest event we and our “trusty” TVR will be taking part in is called Rally for Heroes.

Driving 5 miles for every fallen serviceman and woman since the start of the Afghan conflict, 50 cars will cross 9 countries in just 10 days. All personal and travel costs are paid by us so that every penny raised goes to helping veterans and service families.

👫 We both have strong family connections with the military. One being Richard’s grandfather, aged 93, a D-Day veteran who everyone is so immensely proud of!

✈️ Richard spent several years as a reservist with the Army and the Royal Air Force himself where he had the privilege of learning to fly.

🚁Our business, Eshott Airfield has strong links to the military, being the largest Spitfire Training Base in the world during World War II.

As an active airfield, we currently support all three arms of the armed forces by providing staging posts for exercises and refuelling military helicopters.

We would love to support our armed forces further through this incredible charity - and hopefully have fun doing it along the way!

Look out for events, raffles, and donations in the form of crazy airfield experiences - staying true to form!!

✈️ 🎉 🍔 💕 🏎⛰🔧

Thanks guys and love you all,
